Personal Information
Haut Combiers retains only information about guests that we need to use in order to conduct the business as required. This is NOT likely to involve sharing any information with third parties and no such information would be used without gaining express consent from guests. When clients confirm a booking for specific dates, we request certain personal details such as names, address, telephone number/s and an e-mail address. If children under 18 years of age are included in the booking, we do ask the gender and age for each child, in order for us to assess the requirements of our guests. This information is optional and this is made clear on the booking form. In order to return a damage deposit, we ask guests for bank details once their stay is over, in order to pay by BACs, or we offer to post a cheque to their address. The bank details are not retained once the deposit has been transferred.
We use the contact information for communicating with guests, although this is usually by e-mail or telephone.

Names, addresses and contact details (telephone numbers and e-mail addresses,) are usually given to us via e-mail, telephone or at the time of a booking. Should guests NOT wish us to retain this information, they can request that their contact details are deleted, once their stay is over. In giving us the above data, clients and third parties are allowing communication from us on matters relating to their rental only. We do not use personal data for any group communications such as newsletters.
