Weekly Rental Rates 2027
The house is available from 1st May to the end of September/begininning of October. Please be aware that. although heated, the swimming pool is likely to be slightly cooler in May and October than the summer months, as it is heated by an air source heat pump and therefore relative to external temperatures.
Please note that during the high season in July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights and the bookings must start and end on a Saturday.
For the month of June, the minimum stay is 7 nights, but we can be flexible on the arrvial and departure days.
The minimum stay outside the high season is for 5 nights.

Please contact us to discuss requirements and rates outside the high season. While the house sleeps 9 plus a cot, we feel that a maximum of 8 adults is suitable. Please note that, if the house has full occupancy, additional guests cannot be accommodated even as day guests. We do usually require the party leader to be over 25 years of age.

During the high season, the changeover day is a Saturday. Outside of June, July and August, please contact us if you have different requirements or for low occupancy rates. We can also quote for a 10 or 11 day stay at the end of the school summer holidays, ending on a weekday if necessary.
Although the house has central heating, during the colder months, wood for the log burner will also be supplied.
Please note that the heated swimming pool is open from early/mid April to the end of October. The temperature of the pool in the spring and autumn will not be as high as the summer months, as the pool is heated by an air source heat pump, which is dependant on air temperature.
